A job board that starts with the person, not the posting.
Research Insiders lists clinical research and regulatory operations jobs pulled every night from employers' own career pages — CROs, sponsors, research sites, hospitals, academic programs — alongside the public profiles of people who work there, and the first message a candidate can actually send.
It was built by a small solo team for people trying to break into clinical research or move up inside it: new grads with biology and nursing degrees, career changers with patient-facing skills, and CRCs and CTAs hunting the next seat. The recurring story we heard was the same one every job seeker knows: hundreds of applications, almost no replies. A referral changes the math — published research (Brown, Setren & Topa, Federal Reserve Bank of New York) found referrals were 6% of applicants but 29% of hires at one large company.
The site is operated by Secure Success Launch LLC, under the laws of the State of Maryland — the terms of service are the short version of the deal, and the privacy policy covers what we do and don't hold.
How the site works
Jobs. Career pages are re-checked every night. Every posting links back to the employer's own board — we never repost or rewrite their listings. When a posting closes, it disappears from the site.
People. We surface public LinkedIn profiles found in searches for the employer. We mark which profiles state the employer in their own headline, and we don't claim employment we can't see — people whose headline doesn't place them at the company are marked "Unverified." Anyone who asks to come off the site comes off; remove-my-info describes the process.
Messages. We draft the first line and give you the conversation — message drafts, follow-up timing, and a pipeline that tracks where each conversation stands. You make the contact yourself; we never message anyone on your behalf.
Pay data. Salary bands come only from what employers actually publish, computed live from the postings. When an employer doesn't publish pay, the site says so rather than quoting a number we can't show you.
Paid work
The candidate side is free: no accounts required for jobs, people, guides, or the tracker. Employers can pay for reach — spotlights and employer-branding pages — which is collected on the post-a-job page and labeled wherever it appears. Software listed in the regulatory software guides pages is descriptive only; Research Insiders is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any vendor it names.
Questions and corrections
Something wrong? Tell us — we read everything, and corrections to a listing or a person's profile take priority over everything else.
